Well that was an interesting couple hours. Shortly after I got off work, around 5:45pm, all the power on the south Island went out. There were no traffic lights - no nothing - all of downtown was out. I ended up roaming around with Ian for a bit, snapping photos and seeing what there was to see. Traffic was a gongshow, and I can imagine there's been quite a few accidents. Anyways, eventually the power came back, so I guess I'll be working the door at Give Thanks 3, tonight. Looking forward to a bit of dubstep.
